These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Yenkonkoa mobile application and services. By creating an account or using Yenkonkoa, you agree to these terms.
Services
Yenkonkoa connects customers seeking rides with independent drivers. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers. We provide the technology platform that facilitates the connection.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- Drivers must submit valid identification and a driver’s licence for verification.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
Payments
Ride fares are displayed before booking. Customers must complete payment through the app’s supported payment methods before a trip is broadcast to drivers.
Conduct
Users must treat each other respectfully. Unsafe, illegal, or abusive behaviour may result in account suspension or deactivation.
Limitation of liability
Yenkonkoa is not liable for disputes between customers and drivers, or for losses arising from factors outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
